After Hours Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we recommend that you Dial 9-1-1. However, if you need after hours advice for a serious medical concern, please call (804) 257-5177 to reach our answering service.

Referrals

Some insurances may require a referral for your visit to our office. Please make sure to contact your insurance company and/or your primary care physician to ensure that you do get a referral if it is required. Failure to obtain a referral, when necessary, may cause your insurance company to deny your claim.

If necessary, we will obtain authorization for testing scheduled by our office.

Obtaining Your Medical Records

Information regarding medical records can be obtained by calling our main office number, (804) 433-1400.

Medical Records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
